- Rental Duration:
- Rental duration is typically for a specified number of hours. Extended rental periods are available upon request.
- Any extra time beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional fees.
- Delivery & Setup:
- Delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the rental fee.
- Our team will arrive at the scheduled time for setup. Please ensure the location is clear and accessible.
- Customer Responsibilities:
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the inflatable remains in good condition throughout the rental period.
- The inflatable must be used in accordance with the safety guidelines provided by our team.
- Safety:
- All inflatables should be supervised by an adult at all times during the rental period.
- We do not recommend the use of inflatables during inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.).
- Users must follow safety instructions regarding the number of children or adults using the inflatable at any given time.
- Weather Policy:
- For safety reasons, the rental may be rescheduled or canceled in case of extreme weather (rain, winds over 20 mph, or storms).
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the rental in the event of unsafe weather conditions.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the situation.
- Damage or Loss:
- The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period.
- Any damage to the inflatable caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions may result in additional charges for repairs or replacement.
- Liability:
- By renting our inflatables, the customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify our company, employees, and agents from any claims or liability related to the use of the rented equipment.
